Your worker uploads a photo once your bin is placed at the curb, and a second photo once it's returned to its storage spot — both viewable from your dashboard.
Municipal pickup days shift around holidays. We track that automatically so your bin still goes out on the correct, shifted day.
You'll provide gate or access instructions during signup so your assigned worker can reach the bin without needing you home.
You'll let us know during signup if pets have outdoor access, with any notes your worker should be aware of before arriving.
Yes — pause anytime from your dashboard for vacations or any other reason, and pick back up whenever you're ready.
No — Extra Dump (hauling excess trash directly to the dump) is a separate add-on. You describe what needs hauling and get a quote before anything is scheduled; it isn't part of the base membership or charged automatically.
